Hello.
I'm trying to create standalone stats for some of my characters. My game would have a set amount of classes (8 or so) along with many more playable characters than what's normal (think Fire Emblem: SD or Chrono Cross).
What I am looking for is for each actor to have its own innate or "inborn" stats on top of the class I pick for them. I recall being able to do something like that in XV Ace without a lot of trouble and no extra scripts, but I can't seem to find a similar option in MV. Inborn stats would remain entirely static throughout. Any thought as to how to achieve that?
A basic example--BOB has these inborn stats:
MHP - 15
MMP - 5
ATK - 1
DEF - 0
MATK - 0
MDEF - 3
AGI - 0
LUK - 2
Bob's class is MAGE. Stats for that class are:
MHP - 50
MMP - 20
ATK - 1
DEF - 2
MATK - 10
MDEF - 7
AGI - 4
LUK - 2
Bob's stats at level 1 would be:
MHP - 65
MMP - 25
ATK - 2
DEF - 2
MATK - 10
MDEF - 10
AGI - 4
LUK - 4
A different mage character in the game would have different inborn stats than Bob, but the same class stats and similar growths.
"Base stats" outside of class?

the database and engine of VX Ace and MV are identical.
The only default method for this in Ace were the feature options (like giving +10% ATK or so), and that is now in the traits of MV.
Fixed additions to stats were never part of the base engine, but there are scripts (Ace) or Plugins (MV) that could be used for this. -
You could give each actor a passive state using yanfly's plugins and my flat stat bonus states plugins to give the flat parameters boosts.
Or you could have each of them equipped with an item by default giving them the base parameters and have it impossible to remove. -
Since those stats wont change as you say, you can event it at the moment that you add them to the party.
Just use the "Change Parameters" event command to add the amount of "base" parameter you need the character to have.
Just make sure that you do it AFTER you add the member to the party, not before. And well, never re-initialize the actor afterwards
