You're welcome Hi there forum I go by the moniker FrozenNorseman, and though I've been lurking on these boards for a couple of months, I thought it was about time I got out of my shell and said hello. I am from Denmark and have been recently found myself fiddling about with RPGMaker MV. So far it's all just loose ideas and playing with the program to understand it, but I am hoping to actually get somewhere eventually (aren't we all?) I am an author and journalist by trade, but I am currently looking at a period without any work, so I thought I might as well try to focus a bit more on my *other* projects. Finishing that manuscript that's been collecting dust for years, work on some freelance writing projects and perhaps, just perhaps, get in contact with my inner little game developer. That's me. And while its intimidating trying to figure out what's up and down on these boards, I hope you will all be (relatively) kind to me, and allow me to settle in some remote corner here for the next foreseeable future. Hi there forum

Well hello there fellow ex-lurker! Good im not the only one fiddling to see what MV is capable of!
Im also interested on what what your writing skills can come up with of course! Looking forward to it!

Thanks for the greetings. Yeah, currently my main issue is that I start working on some game-related project, only to discover there's tons of different ways to do the things I've already done that seem smarter/more efficient and then I redo stuff to incorporate these new elements.

It's a never-ending loop of rebuilding and restarting the same project over and over.
