Avery, as always, awesome work!!
I have a suggestion. The vehicles that come with the RTP are sort of limited. Maybe some new ones? Airships? Alternate ships/boats? I don't know, just throwing out ideas here. (I am working on some myself, but I am slow and not nearly as good as you!)
Other than that, all I can say is please keep up the awesome work! -
By the way, I used your sideview cat sprites in a game. Since you allowed me to as long as I gave you a copy of the game, here it is: http://gamejolt.com/games/Team-Gamers-Adventure/147043
Once again, thank you. You've done the work of the deity of your choice. -
Super nice art, Avery. Really excited to try some of the ship tiles out. Thanks so much.

Spring cleaning \o/
I fixed all things the update messed up and added all resources to the start post - have a look and see if you missed something ;3
The resource you have definitly not seen before there is this beauty - an arabian horse - ready to decorate your arabian palace or carry your princess!

(Please tell me when there's too much horse stuff D: I guess I could continue doing horses all the time)
@Drunken Paladin
Cool! Any results yet? I want to see!
@Strange_Dragon_99
I actually considered doing some before, maybe in future. The size relations kill me ;3
@Lance Skyes
Thanks for letting me know! -
(Please tell me when there's too much horse stuff
THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH HORSE STUFF!
But seriously - thanks for your work. Additional thanks for taking the time to fix your thread! :kaojoy: -
Thanks for these awesome on map enemy sprites!!!!
There is far too little of this in the internet :D -
Beautiful horses @Avery !!
Would you consider creating a horse like Sleipnir? (8 Legged companion of Norse god Odin)
-
I think that horse is bigger than normal horses since it is the
Horse of a godo_O and the horse have 8 legged no 6. -
@NicoLican , thanks for the correction! I am confident Avery CAN do it, but it's a matter of if she is interested in doing it. :)
Have you seen Avery's larger sprites? They are a feat of magic!!

There are several sheep out there, even one in the base resources, but none made me feel like "Yep, that's a good sheep for any type of game and to put on the farms of your npcs". So I made some sheep today.
They were on my to do for quite a while and I like how the wool turned out.
I added rams as well and some handy recolors, so go ahead and give your npcs a dog and a herd ;3
(Actually... maybe I'll do sheperd's dogs. Interest?)

-
That looks super cute! Happy li'l rams and sheep. The shepherd dog would also be adorable and functional.
-
Being a farmer myself, I think a herding dog would be a great addition! I am training our new pup to be a herding dog. It's.. a lot of work.. LOL!!
Our island community even has an annual sheep's dog event!! I can't wait to enroll my pup in it next year, Hopefully..
But spring time is coming and I am already preparing to add more chickens and maybe some ducks to the yard!! :)
If you do decide to make a herding dog, here are a couple of my personal fave breeds for inspiration.
Old English Sheepdog
Bergamasco
Pyrenean Shepherd
and lastly, my all time favorite..
Aria. My 5 month old Siberian Husky. :) AWW!! Hehe.
-Mia -
Woof! Woof woof, bark, bark!
Are Siberian Huskys not too independent to be shepard dogs? I just know there where I live there is a problem with people wanting dogs like shepard dogs or cattle dogs as pets and are not able to fulfill their needs, same with hunting dogs, who can be bored as hell and then get difficult to handle (like giving them a task they can fulfill to be a happy partner). -
PUPPIES! :kaoluv:
All dogs are forever puppies, it's science! -
@Avery , Training a Husky to be a shepherd dog is a HUGE undertaking. They are QUITE defiant and not known for following orders necessarily. Also, they have a very high prey drive. But, on the plus side, Huskies love having a job to do, are very, very intelligent, and love to be physically active. I won't be disappointed if she doesn't herd.. shes only 5 months and already knows 12 commands. So... that alone is an accomplishment. :)
Great work on the dogs!! :)

Sorry, posted in the wrong thread. To cover up my mistake, I'm going to leave those tiles I had as start for a crypt set and pretent I made this post on purpose. You saw nothing.

-
So I had a question: I had made a mimic awhile back, and I was pretty hyped to see an animation for it here. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to work with an event.
Could I get some help? :kaolivid: -
@Avery , I showed my Partner your herding dogs and your version of the Husky.. being that he isn't even into video games at all, he saw it and freaked out. He loved it!! He was like "Omg, is that a 16bit Aria?!?! And look at the blue eyes!!".
"16Bit", point for effort. Haha!!
Thanks again for all your amazing contributions!!
