All user bars should be the same size as the existing ones. (Except the biggie)
Most new user bars should have granny's little sprite on them somewhere and
say RPG Maker VX/Ace. (Unless it is just impossible to fit, like the halfsies)
(See the list of Beginner Tutorials for a good example.) New User bars should
have backgrounds that include resource(s) found in the lists they refer to, please.

This is for my biggest list with references to on and offsite resources,
so I would like for it to have a smattering of tiles and faces and sprites.
Frankly, a screenie of a game would work. But it should say:
