Artwork Permissions for outside Projects

Hi all

So I read in a GM post that you cannot use the artwork (which I'm assuming is part of the RTP) for anything other than an RPG project without special permissions.

"-- You may contact us for special permission to use resource packs outside a project. Not all permissions are granted, but we have had a few cases of users having extra permission in terms of resource pack use."

I'm currently creating a card game and would like to use the Battlers.png files. Is this a possibility for a special permissions granted?

Hmm... I think it would be difficult for special permissions, but with extra special permi$$ions you probably will be granted those permissions.
(If you know what I mean)

And how would I go about getting the details on that? ;-)

I'm an artist but my ability to create monsters or even paint them is horrible. I've tried. It's pathetic.

Ok, I say it straight.
If you simply ask for permission, most likely you will get negative answer. But if you pay extra money, then you might get permissions.

the forum is the wrong place to ask, for a lot of reasons all such discussions need to be done in private (including legal reasons).
You need to contact Degica directly by email or by support ticket to ask for this.
