Arc's Super RTP Edit Depot - UPDATED 11/27/15

Hey everyone, it's me again! I prefer parallax and overlay mapping, but the best basis for this undertaking is a solid tileset to start with. Makes things go ridiculously faster. Of course, the RTP tiles are a little meh as far as their utility goes, so I decided to use my limited abilities with photoshop to improve the tilesets as much as possible. To that end, as I go through mapping out my game I have been editing a huge number of tiles, and I wanted to share them with you guys here! For the most part I'm just going to lump them up into generic categories and I'm going to trust you guys to figure out how to add them to your tilesets. A lot of these are what you would probably call parallax tiles, and but I try whenever possible to make them work in tileset format! Enjoy!!! Credits/Usage Notes: These are RTP Edits, and therefore require a valid RPG Maker MV License. As I am the one who did the editing, I do require credit if you use these tiles, in addition to Enterbrain/Kadokawa. Please do not re-host these without my permission. If you want to share any of my work on other sites, please link back to the respective rpgmakerweb topics in lieu of re-hosting until you have obtained the before mentioned permission. That said, all of my resources are free for use in free or commercial games, as long as all of the other conditions mentioned here have been met. First Off: Roofs! Spoiler I'll update this as I make progress since this is a pain in the ass to do, and I'm not very good at it. I also want to try to improve the tiling a little bit (I promise I tried really hard), but I won't move the tiles around so you should be safe to use it now, if you like. I am continuing to work on/add to/improve these these! Now, shelter your homes in the style of Mack (Note that Mack didn't actually have anything to do with these, I just used something closer to his formatting)! Bonus - I've improved these tiles a lot! Huge update! I've converted this from a place to leave grimy bits of roof to a place where I can drop all of my custom stuff! There's now hecka more things to enjoy, and I will be adding even more to that! Enjoy!

Who is in the mood for some Mack-style roof tiles? This seems to be the more popular format, so in the future I'll do Mack style as well. These are usable in the editor, but I'd hold up a bit before using the besides parallax. Also, sneak peak at some improvements I made!

Thanks! I actually screw up a little with my Mack-style tiles (I got the angles wrong) so I started over 100% from scratch, and behold - some truly splendid non-parallax (ie editor friendly) Mack-style MV roof tiles! I am busy working on the rest - even at this moment I'm working on them!

Haha, sorry for all the false starts, guys. I'm not very good at this and I am trying make them perfect!

To be clear - I swear to god, the layout on these is FINAL. I may tweak them, but I will not move tiles on the non-parallax version of this tileset.

So, iliketea, if you like those? These are better!

Arc, by "Mack Style" you mean you used MV resources and made Gable roofs, gables windows, flat roofs and accessories, but they are all MV tiles, right?

That is correct! I just formatted them the same way the super popular Mack roof tiles were, so their usage would be better known - but they are all MV RTP edits!

this may be an old thread but i love your roofs and windows, but will be there window with closed curtains as well?
