Anyone know what tilesets were used in "Star Stealing Prince"?

I love the graphics "and the game" and if anyone knows where the tilesets are or if he made them then that's fine to know. Anyways I would love to use them for my game if I can here's a picture:

Ronove is a she, btw. ;) And the tiles are a fantastic combination of tiles from various sources and some of Ronove's very own work. It won't be a tileset or series of tilesets up for download. :)
