Animation Cut-Scenes

    Is there a way to insert animation cut scenes into the RPG maker without having to insert them frame-by-frame? I was just curious as I've decided to use this program for my senior thesis in Animation and I don't want to have to deal with the extra hassle when animation itself is already such a tedious process.

    Am I in the wrong place? I just want fully animated cut scenes for my visual novel. If it's not possible though I'd like to know a program that it is possible in.

    I asked because you put RPG Maker on your opening post. Are you using RPG Maker or Visual Novel Maker?

    Sorry, I didn't mean to put RPG I made that post really late at night. (It might have been because I'm doing animation scenes for one though, but this is a different project I'm asking about).

    There's a scene commands category called "Movie". You can learn about it here.
    EDIT: the supported file format is WEBM.
