Animating Actor 4-3

Hello guys and girls!

So I am in desperate need of actor 4-3 to have the back of his hair look as though it's blowing in the wind. This is the reason why:

Farron is standing up on a cliff looking down at the kingdom of Amastanth saying his final goodbyes...so I thought it'd look cool and dramatic to have his hair and clothes blowing in the wind. Thank you everyone for your time. :) I hope you'll find it in your hearts to do this for me. :)

Edit: Yep! Worked like a charm! :D I just flipped him horizontally and now it looks exactly how I wanted it to. Thank you :D
