CoffeeScript - AEL: Remove Voice Settings

Introduction
A very simple script that does the following:

• Remove Menu Setting's Audio and Message Menus.
• Remove Unread from Skip Option second row to avoid duplication

This modifies Layout_SettingsAudio and Layout_SettingsMessage.
