Add run speed and dash bybass to armors.

    My request is for a script that does two things.

    ~ Allows a piece of armor, equipped to any active party member, to increase the run speed of the whole party while equipped.

    ~ While the same armor is equipped, dashing will be possible by the party even on maps that have "disable dashing" checked off.


    Note:
    In my search for finding a script that increased the run speed of a character I found this: http://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?/topic/15374-armor-that-increases-run-speed/ which is pretty good, but not quite what I was looking for.
