    Maybe I drunk too much sweat tea. In my opinion Actor 5-4 looks like it can pass as a male or a female. Due to anime's style the hair is not clear cut indication. The attire isn't very gender based. The lack of breast doesn't help indicating this character's sex. The only clear indication for female are the eyes. Although one can argue this is a feminine male.

    ​



    Besides the eyes, to me this character appears very genderless. The other actors's sexes and genders are very obvious.

    ​



    What do you think about Actor 5-4's sex and gender?

    If you were to remove the visible portion of the protruding breasts then yes, it could pass as an feminine man.
