    hello, i cant activate my product key that i purchase today.
    It say that i have a connection problem but my internet work very well
    please help me

    You need to activate the older TLS 1.2 (might be called slightly different, I can't check at the moment) under the Windows Internet options.
    On modern Windows versions it's often disabled by default, but Degica's DRM needs that option.
