Activation Issues with IG Maker

    I recently purchased IG Maker 1.0, however, I have been having trouble activating it. It keeps saying "Connecting to server" when I try to enter the activation form with the product key, e-mail address, and first and last name. No matter what I do, it just keeps going and going endlessly on the "Connecting to server" problem, but it never connects to anything. Here is what I have tried so far.

    • Turned off Windows Firewall
    • Made exception for Windows Firewall for "rpgmakerweb.com"
    • Made exception for Trusted Sites for "rpgmakerweb.com"
    • Made exception for Virus Protection Software for "rpgmakerweb.com"
    • Canceled "Connecting to server", exited program, reopened the program and tried again (I have done this many times)
    • Contacted Technical Support who sent me a .reg file for manually activating the product, which successfully updated the registry, however, it did not activate the product at all
    • Tried to activate the program on another computer (Laptop with Windows 7 64-bit)
    • Browsed the forum for advice and could not find any information to help
    • Used multiple proxy servers

    I have a desktop with Windows Vista 64-bit. The program was bought about a couple of days ago for $60.00. I received a product key in my e-mail.

    Can anyone help me with this? I was also wondering if a staff member could manually activate the product and then send it to me in a download?
