Greetings all. I started trying to use Ice_Dragon crafting system.
I'd like to have a crafting station or field use inventory item that will launch the crafting module. I'm not able to start the module. Need instructions to verify placement of the script, any additional entries for module call, and some basics on how to read/write the syntax.
First my game wouldn't launch. I found a registered trademark symbol in line 66 that should have been ( r ) without spaces and game loads now. Next i set an event same level as with action button trigger to call scene. That crashed to a different place at line 1411 (I think) but that line only said Eval.
So I'm stuck with error msg crashes (scripts), how to call the shop scene, and how to understand and use the syntax to populate the module with recipes.
I like the script which shows using tags in the item notes for crafting. I think I can do that part but If there's more to it than that I'll need a nudge in the right direction.
Thanx for reading. I'm asking for someone who can help me understand how to install and stabilize a crafting script, how to call the module during play/ testing, and how to read/ write the syntax so I can put in the recipes I want a player to be able to use.
