  1. Does the A5 have a set size as the other A-tilesets have? The default in the RTP appears to be 256x512. Is this a set size or can it be different for this type?
  2. You know, all this information is in the help file. Yes, A5 is set at 256 × 512.

To be fair, I wasn't asking for a lot. Also, I wasn't aware that it was. Finally, I have to say in nearly every reply you personally have given in my topics, you have come off as a little condescending. I don't know if that is your intent, but that is that it has impressed upon me. It may be possible that you need to be aware of our wording.

Thank your for your help (and your ninja-fast response times!), but please be aware how you may be making people feel.
  4. I was responding to more than what you actually said in this post, I will admit that. Since you are someone who is working on a program for tiles I expected you to have read the help file before asking questions, so yes, I guess I was being condescending. It's not that I think badly of you or anything, in fact I think you're capable of more that you give yourself credit for so I'm disappointed in you when you take the lazy way out. Asking for help for something that is clearly spelled out in the help file is lazy, it should be the first place you checked. Now if you'd read the help file and were still confused that would be a different thing.

The intention of my posts has been a critique to help you improve, I'm sorry that it isn't helpful to you. I'll keep that in mind for the future.
  5. I did not say that it was not helpful; I was saying that your language makes you sound condescending, and currently still does. If you believe me to be lazy in the things that I do, I request that you do not aid me when I publicly request help. I do not need to be told that I am taking a lazy way out for being unaware of something that exists. Perhaps I have misunderstood the concept of a support community.

Again, please allow someone else to offer assistance in terms of my requests. Your responses leave me feeling like I am being treated like a child, and that is not something I appreciate, in person or online.
  6. TBH, if one person thinks this, a lot of others will too. Many of us prefer people to search a bit first before asking questions, especially with something as specific as resource requirements, and the help file seems to have been forgotten by most people. I would also have pointed out that if you'd looked in the help file first you wouldn't have had to post, and I can think of several other people who would have as well. And most of those people I can think of would be among the first to reply.
