A problem with resolution [Solved]

Hmm... okay, I guess this should be my own problem. My poor notebook only has a maximum resolution of 1366 X 768, so I get this same problem when I want to create a hot spot, or to direct a character's position. Is it possible to add a scroll down function or relocate the bottom's instruction button on top? Is there any other method get to the bottom? Or should I simply buy a new computer with higher resolution? XD Thanks...

I'm using the same resolution too. I have altered to uncheck the option named 'Use Original Size in Preview' throughout the [Tools - Preferences - Application Preferences - Scene Editor]
