  1. I know how to do 2x2 auto tiles. can you do auto tiles 3x3? or do I need to resize it so it fits into 2x2?
  2. Unlike character sheets; I'm pretty sure auto-tiles have to stay a certain size. You might be able to fuse two different autotiles together; the one for the bottom half of the 2x2 and half of one for the extra...but that would take lots of the shift technique. It's not really worth it; just use TileA5 if you want a specific size for your walls, assuming this is about the walls of a house or otherwise.
  3. no its for ground, floors, tables, and fencing
  4. Ahh, then for fences yes you'd have to fit it into a 2x2 if you want to keep it as an autotile, but keep in mind you can use the entirety of TileA5 to make things as big as they need to be, as long as they fit into the tileset.

If it's for the fences and tables make sure you place them on top of a ground tile, otherwise a 3x3 will show the map's empty space (I like to call it the checkerboard) As for the ground, needs to be able to cover a 2x2/4x4/ and so on.

Sorry if this makes no sense xD if you need me to I can show you one of my TileA5 where I have a gated in brick wall.
  5. ok I got this in full swing now, Thanks for the help.
  6. Autotiles always need to be the same size, it's why they're autotiles. You can create your own fake autotiles, by simply making 32px tiles that are repeatable in every direction, and put that in TilE or something.

Either way, since you got this going, closed.
