Amysaurus' Sprites!

Well, I already commented on your Workshop, but I'm gonna say it here as well: very nice work!  Glad we got another artist like yourself here at RMW!

These are very nice! Keep up the good work!

Everything looks great, and I especially love the icons! Very colorful and clean. Lucky me, I was looking for some feather icons :)

Do you guys think the butterflies look better with or without the antennas? I think they look better without, but that's just me. I'm planning on making an icon to match all of the butterflies I've sprited, in case anyone wants to make a bug catching game or something. :cutesmile:

On the sprite sheet I think they look better with the antennae, but in-game, they are probably so small that the player wouldn't be able to see them.  What they might perceive is a slight blurriness around the head, which would look like stray pixels which hadn't been cleaned up.  Just guessing that bit, as I haven't tested them out in game, but seems likely to me.

Just thought on, the comment about in-game was really if these were for character sprite sheets.  If just an icon, then the blurriness issue wouldn't arise.  I really should get more sleep before posting.

I think having the antennae makes the butterflies look more realistic, but in order to add them I had to give the butterflies an odd width, with makes the whole icon slightly off-center [which makes my OCD kick in o_o;;]

I don't know. . . 

Besides that, I want to make a version of the pipe icon with some smoke coming out, and finish up that tooth. . . thing.

Far be it beyond me to actually know what I'm spriting...  :|

I love these so much especially the kid in the jester's clothes btw is there any chance of facesets to go with them?

If anyone has any suggestions, go for it, since icons are pretty quick  :)

I'd love to see some nice stat increasing icons, like, you know, ATK UP and that stuff you already get in the basic iconset. Just a change of style.
